The NextGen Mighty-Lite™ Aluminum Railing is a free-standing counterbalance roof edge fall protection system. Its components are manufactured from aluminum, stainless steel, and recycled PVC counterbalance weights providing a longer corrosion-free life vs. steel construction. These guardrails serve as a protective barrier allowing users to safely access a specific place to carry out work on a roof, The system is installed along the perimeter of the roof or around skylights which allows easy access without having to equip oneself with protection against falls from height. Mighty-lite exceeds standards OSHA 1910.29, 1926.502, EN 14122-3, EN 13374, NF E85-015 BS 13700 / BS 13700.

Installation: Posts and post bases are set into position according to drawings PVC counterbalance weights are installed on assembled bases Top and mid rails are installed on posts and adjusted for proper height Shop drawings can be provided if needed
Note: 3 workers can install greater than 300 feet per day.
