Built with high-strength steel and a robust 30"×70" frame, the Kart-a-Rail™ supports up to 2,000 lbs., perfect for easily transporting rails and bases wherever needed on the rooftop, grounds or across your facilities. This heavy-duty cart simplifies material handling by enabling crews to transport complete guardrail systems, and other essential roofing materials, quickly, safely, and efficiently. Kart-a-Rail™ holds up to 11 rails of any size, and 12 bases (rails and bases purchased separately).

Crane-Ready & Site-Tested Performance
Engineered for demanding elevated work, the Portable Kart-a-Rail™ features four dedicated lifting points so fully loaded carts can be safely hoisted by crane directly to rooftop staging areas. Premium 18" flat-free, balloon-style tires navigate rough terrain with a combined weight capacity of up to 2,000 lbs., ensuring smooth transport across built-up, TPO, ISO, PVC, EPDM, and concrete surfaces without the risk of flats. Controlled mobility is guaranteed through a dead-man hand brake, an anti-turning pin, and a front locking tow handle.
