NextGen Tensioned WebRail™ fall protection is ideal for multi-story construction projects and can replace expensive cable or cumbersome 2x4 railing. Webrail is quick to set up and break down and is stored in a neatly packaged, reusable storage system. Also, the system provides tie-offs for 4 users working outside the web barrier.
The 4” webbing is rated at an impressive 20,000 lbs., exceeding OSHA 1926 and 1910 requirements. The top rail compression indicator ensures OSHA compliance of a 200 lbs. load. It’s fire retardant, UV-resistant, and chafe-resistant, ensuring durability and longevity. It is designed for use with round and square columns, offering adaptability to various structures. Webrail can be set up in just a few hours whereas cable or 2x4s normally take days to put together. When finished, simply rewind the WebRail into its convenient 48" x 40"’ storage container (included) and it’s transportable to the next job. See videos below for more details.
WebRail is available in two kits: a 180 ft. kit, weighing 703 lbs. and a 360 ft. kit, weighing 932 lbs.
