Refund policy

Standard products can be returned within 15 days. Custom items are not returnable.

Product must be in the same condition as received.

RMA# must be acquired from seller.

Freight for returns is payable by customer. 

Upon inspection and acceptance by seller, a refund for material, minus 15% - 20% for restocking fee, will be credited to customer.
